Five days' skin contact during fermentation make this an orange-type white wine, which is then aged for six months in an amphora. Minimal addition of chemical products and technological intervention are used, both in the cultivation of the grapes and in the vinification.

At first there are aromas of fennel and other Mediterranean herbs, but as it evolves in the glass, a pronounced peach character comes to the fore with clean, fresh acidity and a brisk, tasty finish.
