Carmes de Rieussec, Sauternes 375 ml half bottle 2019

The Sauternes wines of Château Rieussec get their unique richness from a delicate osmosis between noble rot and our grapes, with each berry harvested at just the right moment.

For several generations, Château Rieussec has been one of the leading Sauternes wines, classified 1er Grand Cru in 1855.

Carmes de Rieussec, the second wine of the estate, is selected based on the same criteria as Château Rieussec. It has beautiful aromatics and a dominant citrus character. Its name is a reference to the Carmelite monks of Langon.
