Château Moulin de Peyronin, Bordeaux Rouge 2023

This is a silky, medium-bodied Bordeaux with red fruit freshness and dark fruit depths. Its roundness comes from the high proportion of Merlot in the blend, with Malbec enhancing the plummy appeal and adding some smoky, savoury touches. Cabernet Sauvignon adds balancing firmness and some spice. 

The estate, near Pujols in the Entre-Deux-Mers region, is—enthusiastically—organically and biodynamically run, and there is a natural energy about this supple, versatile red wine. Enjoy its modest alcohol and layers of flavour with all kinds of meals.
