Domaine D'O, Pin'O Pinot Noir 2025

A Languedoc Pinot Noir from the Limoux with inviting ruby colour and vivacious freshness and balance. Ripe Pinot fruit yields cherry and raspberry character, with a hint of oak on the palate and round, velvety tannins meeting lively, spicy notes from the garrigue surrounding the vineyard.

Winemaker Oliver Lemstra Bake was born in the Hospices de Beaune, growing up among the grands crus of Burgundy and in the vineyards of Château Canet. Experience in wine cellars in Mendoza encouraged him to return to France and see what he could do with the nearly thirty acres of vines at Domaine d'O in the AOC Limoux.
