Fine Perry is lightly sparkling and made from Oldfield, Blakeney Red, Huffcap and other varieties of perry pear, specifically bred since the 17th century.

Obtained by wild fermentation, on nothing but juice, completed in bottle in a pet-nat style to allow you to taste the pears in their purest form. This gives a delightful, dry, natural sparkle.

A soft, moussey bubble mouthfeel brings out the notes of lemon peel, gooseberry and floral meadows.

Serve lightly chilled as an aperitif or with seafood.
